About

To make the women graduating students ready for the industry and to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry-relevant skills, Marico Ltd., and ICT Academy has conceived a project to train 2000 women students from higher educational institutions on various employability skills.

The students will be targeted and trained through the Centre for Women Empowerment (CWE) that will be established in respective host institutions. The CWE will train students on skills related to Advanced Technologies (IT/ITeS) and BFSI sector.
