Internal Compliance Committee of RIT organised a group discussion on the topic ‘𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆? on 2nd May, 2023. The 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 was amazing and intellectual.

At the end boys and girls both are agreed that men and women are not really equal.
