ELECTRICAL ENGG LAB
In this lab, the student will acquire hands-on experience with electrical circuits. The labs will cover basic resistive circuits, natural and step responses of RLC networks and analysis of sinusoidal AC networks containing resistive, capacitive, and inductive circuit elements and network theorems.
EMEC I & II LAB
Electromechanical Energy Conversion (EMEC) Laboratory is the one the oldest and important laboratory of Electrical Engineering Department. The lab is equipped with conventional and modern electrical& electronic measuring equipments and ac & dc electrical machines.
This laboratory course will give a thorough knowledge about the basics of circuit analysis. This lab basically fulfill the need of:- Implementation and verification of circuit theorems, Gain knowledge about resonance and circuit transients.
POWER ELECTRONICS LAB
This laboratory helps the students understand the basics of power Engineering Concepts and gives a detailed description of the working principle of power components. It major deals with SCR, DIAC, TRIAC, and other thyristor family.
POWER SYSTEM LAB
It comprises of protection, simulation high voltage and machine related experiments. Facilities are available for overcurrent, undervoltage, directional, differential and distance relays including different numerical relays. Variety of simulation of power packages like load flow,PScad and Mipower are available.
ELECTRIC DRIVE LAB
This lab course has driven to study the following: Induction motor torque-speed curve and starting characteristic, induction motor speed control through a 4-quandrant drive, Single phase capacitor-start induction motor, Torque-speed relationships of series and parallel-connected stepper motors, Ac to dc converter, Dc to dc converters; buck, boost, and buck-boost regulators.
CONTROL SYSTEM LAB
This laboratory deals with high precise working of pneumatic control also check the stability of system to find out the error for better results.
FACTS LAB USING MATLAB
This lab has proven importance in the field of control system .it include all machine technology and simulation part on MATLAB .student has work on wide variety of experiments, relate to power system and controlling of reactive power in motor and generators .
